CraKitUp is a learning app built specifically for students preparing for PSC (Public Service Commission) and SSC (Staff Selection Commission) competitive examinations in India.
The Challenge
PSC and SSC exam prep is a high-stakes, high-pressure journey that can last years. Aspirants are overwhelmed by the volume of syllabus, the inconsistent quality of study material scattered across YouTube, PDFs, and coaching notes, and the lack of a structured, measurable preparation path. Generic edtech apps don't address the specific patterns, question types, and difficulty curves of these exams.
Our Approach
We worked closely with experienced PSC/SSC educators and past toppers to map the exam patterns precisely. The app was built around three learning modes: Learn (topic-wise notes and concept cards), Practice (subject-wise question banks), and Test (full-length timed mock exams with real exam interface simulation).
The UX was deliberately kept distraction-free — no social feeds, no gamification gimmicks. Instead, we invested in deep analytics: showing users not just their score, but their accuracy by topic, time spent per question, and how their weak areas compare to top performers.
